At SightKit, we believe looking after people goes beyond procedures, inspections and paperwork. Safety is ultimately about people, and that includes their wellbeing both at work and away from it.
We had the pleasure of meeting the Lighthouse Charity team at ScaffEx and learning more about the work they do to support people across the construction industry and their families. It was an organisation and a cause that immediately resonated with us.
SightKit is used by people working across construction, engineering and other safety-critical industries, so we have an opportunity to help put that support in front of the people who may need it. That’s why we’re proud to help raise awareness of the Lighthouse Charity, both here on our website and within the SightKit platform itself.

Their #MakeItVisible team visits construction sites and share their own lived experiences in a down to earth and relatable way, helping to reduce the stigma of starting a conversation and creating a safe space for people to talk.
A network of Lighthouse Beacons offer an opportunity for people to meet and talk in an informal and relaxed environment.
Free soft skills and leadership training is provided through the charity’s Wellbeing Academy and offers a variety of platforms to suit every learning style.
